Entering Hours
As a paid employee of the University of Connecticut, you are responsible for logging the hours you work so that you are paid correctly and on time. There are two steps, and your hours are not approved until both are done.
Log Your Hours in CoreCT
Enter your worked hours in CoreCT, the university's timekeeping system, through Employee Self-Service at ess.uconn.edu. Record your time for each pay period accurately and submit it by the deadline.
Submit Your Weekly Progress Report
In addition to CoreCT, you must submit a weekly progress report in Airtable. The progress report is what allows your hours to be reviewed and approved — hours entered in CoreCT without a corresponding progress report will not be approved.
Submit the progress report each week alongside your CoreCT entry so the two stay in sync.
